ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who are the accused in this crime, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 494 and 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code in Crime No.Not Known of 2020, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police.
3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police, on instructions, submitted that petition enquiry is pending against the petitioners.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the respondent Police is directed to complete the enquiry, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if any prima facie case is made out against the petitioners, the respondent police shall register the First Information Report or close the petition enquiry. Till then, the respondent police is directed not to arrest the petitioners.
