Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner wants the petition mentioned property to be surveyed and demarcated.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader pointed out that notice had already been issued and survey is to be held on 09.07.2022.

4. It appears that there is no objection from any of the rival parties. In any event, the adjacent land owners will have to be put on notice. The respondents are directed to conclude the entire exercise within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and also serve the survey report on the petitioner.
