O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to conduct proper enquiry upon petitioner representation dated 09.04.2025 and take appropriate action.

2.According to the petitioner, due to property dispute, she sent a representation dated 09.04.2025 before the respondent police, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation is under consideration with the third respondent and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law. 4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondents, is inclined to pass orders.

5.Recording the said submission that the petitioner's representation is pending with the third respondent, this Court directs the third respondent to conduct enquiry upon the petitioner's representation dated 09.04.2025 and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of fifteen days, from the date of this order, after affording opportunity to both the parties.

6.With the above observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
