ORDER

The petitioner seeks limited relief of issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to dispose of the revision petition in Na.Ka.No.2015940/2024/Aa6 filed by the fourth respondent.

2. I have heard Mr.P.R.Prithiviraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider the revision petition in Na.Ka.No. 2015940/2024/Aa6 filed by the fourth respondent, after giving an opportunity to the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
