O R D E R

This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to complete the enquiry and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 24.03.2025 and take action against the third respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner lodged a complaint against the third respondent before the second respondent, but no action was taken. Therefore, he filed this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that they received the representation from the petitioner and the same is under enquiry. Therefore, they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, Page No. 2 of 5

without issuing notice to the third respondent, is inclined to pass orders.

5. According to the petitioner, he lodged the complaint against the third respondent before the second respondent on 24.03.2025, but no action was taken. The second respondent also admitted the receipt of the complaint from the petitioner and the same is under enquiry.

6. Therefore, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.03.2025 and take appropriate action in accordance with law, after affording opportunity to both the parties, within a period of 15 days from the date of this order.

7. With the abovesaid observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
