Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to count the period of service rendered by the petitioner in the place of Higher Grade Teacher from 18.02.1970 to 01.10.1973 as Secondary Grade Teacher along with Secondary Grade Teacher service rendered by the petitioner and to pay the arrears of all consequential and attendant monetary benefits and consequently, direct the respondents to revise the pension of the petitioner.

ORDER
The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to count the period of service rendered by the petitioner in the place of Higher Grade Teacher from 18.02.1970 to 01.10.1973 as Secondary Grade Teacher along with Secondary Grade Teacher service and to pay the arrears of all consequential and attendant monetary benefits and consequently, direct the respondents to revise his pension.
2.The learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representations of the petitioner dated 10.02.2009 and 31.07.2018 shall be disposed of, in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner, dated 10.02.2009 and 31.07.2018 and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law, preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there are no legal impediments. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
