This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent Police to file a final report in Crime No.184 of 2017, on the file of the second respondent Police, within the period that may be stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that in respect of Crime No.184 of 2017, the second respondent Police has completed the investigation and filed a final report on 05.02.2018 as "Mistake of fact".
