ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for Police protection to conduct survey in the property belonging to the petitioner by the Revenue officials.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions from the second respondent Police, submitted that adequate Police protection will be given at the time of survey to be conducted by the Revenue officials in the property belonging to the petitioner.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
