This petition is filed for amend the prayer in the main writ petition, affidavit and order dated 06.04.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on account of error in the affidavit, in the prayer it is typed as 'for renewal of passport' instead of 'issuance of a fresh passport'. Hence he seeks amendment in the petition as well as in the order dated 06.04.2026.

3. Further the petitioner is submitted that he has to travel abroad immediately and therefore he requested that the trial Court may be directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on the application to be filed for granting permission to obtain passport within two(2) weeks instead of three(3) weeks.

4. The same is acceded to.

5. Hence, the Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy after carrying out the amendment in the prayer and in the order dated 06.04.2026, wherever 1/3

the word 'renewal of passport' reflects, it may be substituted as 'issuance of passport', and consequently in paragraph Nos.4 and 5, the word '3 weeks' may be substituted as '2 weeks'.
