O R D E R
This Criminal Revision is directed against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.1091 of 2023 dated 12.04.2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi in cancelling the bail granted in Crl.M.P.No. 950 of 2023 dated 24.03.2023.
2. It is seen from the records that the petitioner has been granted bail in Crl.M.P.No.950 of 2023 dated 24.03.2023 imposing certain conditions. The prosecution alleging that the petitioner was subsequently involved in Crime No.79 of 2023 on the file of Samayapuram Police Station as if he had created a forged document has filed a petition in Crl.M.P.No.1091 of 2023 to cancel the bail already granted to the petitioner. The learned Judicial Magistrate, after enquiry, has passed the impugned order cancelling the bail and also cancelled the bail bonds executed by the sureties. Challenging the cancellation order, the accused has come forward with the present revision.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would fairly concede that the 2/4
revision is not maintainable and he may be granted liberty to approach the concerned Court.
4. Considering the fact that the revision challenging the order of cancelling the bail is legally not maintainable, this Court concludes that the revision is liable to be dismissed.
5. In the result, this Criminal Revision is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy before the concerned Court. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 22.06.2023 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No csm To:- 1.The Inspector of Police, Lalgudi Police Station, Trichy District.
