Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents states that the enquiry into the petitioner's representation is already over. It is submitted by the second respondent that he had sent a proposal to the jurisdictional Revenue Divisional Officer. The jurisdictional Revenue Divisional Officer is expected to pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
