ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 7 would submit that the subject property has been already converted as layout. The layout was approved and the plots were also sold to the third parties.

2. Thus, the cause became vanished. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
