O R D E R

************ [Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] Alleging that a public park has been constructed behind the office of the District Collector, Trichy on the Uyyakkondan river bed, this writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to remove the same.

2.Except making an allegation that the park is situated in the Uyyakondan river bed, there are no other materials placed before us in support of the said allegation. However, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that a high tension wire is going across the park and there is every likelihood of some mishap happening. 3.In the opinion of this Court, it is for the third respondent to consider the same and ensure that no mishap takes place.

4.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
