Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation would submit that nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition since the impugned order was recalled by the respondent Corporation and subsequently after issuing a show cause notice to the petitioner, similar order was passed.

2.In view of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents on instructions, necessarily if the petitioner is aggrieved, he will have to challenge the subsequent order passed by the respondents, in view of the fact that the impugned order was recalled by the respondents and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the subsequent order passed by the respondents subsequent to the filing of this writ petition in the manner known to the petitioner under law. 2/5

3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
