Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to remove the Road laid in the petitioner property in S.No. 792/2B2 situated in Thirumalapuram Village, Ramanathapuram Post, Sivagiri Taluk, Tenkasi District and re-lay the same for the erroneous laying of the road on the petitioner's property and to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.04.2026 and pass Order within the stipulated time as fixed by this Honble Court. 1/6

ORDER
The petitioner is before this Court seeking for a direction to the respondents to remove the road laid in the petitioner's property in S.No. 792/2B2 situated in Thirumalapuram Village, Ramanathapuram Post, Sivagiri Taluk, Tenkasi District and re-lay the same in Survey No.792/2C and to grant just and proper compensation.
2.The petitioner submitted that a representation stating that calling upon the respondents to remove the road laid unauthorizedly in the subject property. The petitioner's grievance is that the said representation has not been considered as of today.
3. Mr.S.S.Madhavan, learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the representation submitted by the petitioner 2/6
will be considered in accordance with law within the time frame to be stipulated by this Court.
4.The said submission is taken on road.
5.The Writ Petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to consider the representation dated 06.04.2026 submitted by the petitioner on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of six(6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. There shall be no order as to costs.
