Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, after this Court expressed its opinion to dismiss this petition in view of the repeated attempt of the petitioner to approach this Court for the same cause of action, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
