Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned Order in Ni.Mu.11137/2012 (D3), dated 27.11.2018, on the file of the second respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently for a direction directing the second respondent to cancel the wrong Sub-Division and mutation made in T.S.No.6092/1 and restore the same in the name of the petitioner's mother Mookkayi and one Solayammal as well as original patta holders within the time period stipulated by this Court.
