This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his parents. 2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the official respondent. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on a complaint given by one Sanmugaraj, the petitioner was summoned for enquiry, however, does not turn up. He would further submit that the above said Sanmugaraj had appeared before the respondent police and given a letter, stating that he will exercise his remedy before the appropriate civil Court and that based on the letter given by the complainant/ Sanmugaraj, enquiry had been closed. 4.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
