The Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus directing the respondent to publish selection list along with the marks and category of the selected candidates in pursuant to the recruitment of Assistant Engineer vide Notification No.1/2018, dated 14.02.2018.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, subsequently, the respondent has published the list as desired by the petitioner online and as a matter of fact, the petitioner has challenged the selection by way of W.P.(MD).No.5739 of 2017 and the petitioner succeeded. Aggrieved, the respondent filed W.A.(MD).No.886 of 2020, which was allowed and the petitioner has now filed Review Application in Rev.Aplc.(MD).No.150 of 2021 and the same is pending.
3. In that view of the matter, the prayer in the present writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
