This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to recover all the educational certificates with community certificate of the petitioner from the respondents 6 to 8 and hand over it to the petitioner on the basis of the representation dated 23.06.2021.

On that ground, the matter was ordered to be listed today (24.08.2021). 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that all the educational certificates including the community certificate have been received from the fourth respondent and hence this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
