This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to direct the respondents to take over the Jamath, namely, Mohaideen Andavar Joom-Aa Pallivasal, Valanaadu village, Trichy District, with the Tamil Nadu Wakf Board consequently, direct the respondents to conduct the Election under the guidance and provisions of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.3450 of 2019 respondents Wakf Board on the basis of the petitioners representation 11/02/2019.

2.Alleging that the mismanagement in Mohaideen Andavar Joom-Aa Pallivasal, Valanaadu village, Trichy District, the petitioner sent a representation to the second respondent on 11.02.2019. The said representation is pending for disposal. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

3.Heard the learned counsel on either sides.

4.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, a direction is given to the second respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 11.02.2018 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It further directed, while disposing the application, the second respondent shall issue notice to all the parties concerned and providing personal hearing and dispose of the same. 5.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
