RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend 15 days time for furnishing the sureties before the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.3, Dindigul as per order dated 21/06/2018 made in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.4529/2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD) NO.760 of 2018 dated 30/01/2018 in connection with the Crime No:658/2017 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Dindigul Town South Police Station, Dindigul District and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.MANIKANDAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Court by order dated 30.01.2018 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.760 of 2018 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Thereafter, in Crl.M.P(MD).No.4529 of 2018, the time was extended to execute the sureties by two weeks. It seems that the petitioner has suffered from mild heart attack and he was taking treatment. Therefore, he could not execute the sureties within the time fixed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the time for surrender and execute the sureties is extended by one week from today.
