Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.SELVARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.EROTTUCHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.2645 of 2020, dated 14.02.2020.
