PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to issue a direction, directing the 1st respondent police to transfer the further re-investigation in FIR in Cr.No.260 of 2021 from the file of the 3rd respondent to the 2nd respondent and further direct the 2nd respondent to file final report within a time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first respondent police to transfer the further re-investigation in FIR in Crime No.260 of 2021 from the file of the third respondent to the second respondent and further direct the respondent to file final report within a time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that though the First Information Report has been registered in Crime https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.9909 of 2021 No.260 of 2021 as against five accused persons, after completion of investigation filed final report as against 10 accused persons for the major offence under Section 302 of IPC before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Trichy and it is pending for taking cognizance and as of now no investigation is pending on the file of the third respondent, hence the prayer sought for cannot be granted.

3. Recording the same , the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
