RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence made in STC.No.117/2015 order dated 25/10/2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Tiruchirappalli and confirmed by the order dated 13/06/2018 made in Criminal Appeal No.113/2017 on the file of the 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR) Trichy pending disposal of the above Crl.R.C.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.VADIVELAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ROBINSON, Govt.Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent while admitting Crl.RC, the court made the following order:- There shall be an order of suspension of sentence in S.T.C.No.117 of 2015 by order dated 25.10.2017, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Trichirappalli and confirmed by the order dated 13.06.2018 made in Criminal Appeal No.113 of 2017 on the file of the 1st Additional District and Session Judge (PCR), Trichirappalli, pending disposal of the Criminal Revision Petition on the following conditions :

(a) The petitioner shall surrender before the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Thiruchirappalli within a period of two weeks from today.

(b) On such surrender the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh and Fifty Thousand Only) to the credit of S.T.C.No.117 of 2015.

(c) The petitioner shall also execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only), to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Thiruchirappalli with one sureity for a like sum to be executed before the Judicial magistrate No.VI, Thiruchirappalli.
