PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the impugned enquiry notice issued by the 3rd Respondent in Na.Ka.No.4123/2023/D1 dated 08.04.2025, and quash the same.

ORDER

By this writ petition, an inquiry notice dated 08.04.2025 is challenged. Such inquiry notice was issued pursuant to and in the terms of an earlier order of this Court dated 25.02.2025 in W.P(MD)No.5064 of 2025. By such order, this Court directed the respondent therein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2025 after conducting due inquiry with regard to the petitioner's entitlement to Uzhuvadai patta.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said writ petition was filed without impleading the petitioner and after unsuccessfully seeking the same relief earlier. Even so, in view of the fact that the inquiry is pursuant to the order of this Court, I am not inclined to interfere. It is, however, open to the petitioner to participate in the inquiry and raise objections to the grant of such Uzhuvadai patta to the petitioner.
