PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.95 of 2024 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who was arrested on 17.04.2024 for the offence under Section 3 of TNPPDL Act, in Crime No.95 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, 1/3

seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 16.04.2024 the petitioner has thrown a stone on the defacto complainant's Car and caused damage to the tune of Rs.10,000/-. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent and he did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submits that the petitioner's name has not been mentioned in the First Information Report.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police strongly opposes for grant of bail to the petitioner that apart from this case, the petitioner is involved in seven previous cases. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the antecedent of the petitioner , this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
