ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Earlier, the petitioner has filed an anticipatory bail application before this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.9011 of 2022. This Court has granted anticipatory bail to the co-accused viz., A2 to A5, whereas rejected the application in respect of the petitioner. Hence, again the petitioner has filed this petition before this Court seeking anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that during the pendency of the anticipatory bail application, the investigating officer conducted the investigation and filed the charge sheet.

3. In view of the above, the Anticipatory Bail application is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application before the appropriate forum.
