The limited relief sought for by the petitioner is only issuance of writ of mandamus to cancel the wrong subdivisions and to consequently subdivide the property as per the four boundaries mentioned in the sale deed dated 15.06.2011 in document number.1581/2011. The petitioner has given a representation on 05.04.2025 in this regard.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.
3. Considering the above, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 05.04.2025 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, if necessary, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and other interested parties, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
