Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner claims that his land was acquired. He therefore seeks issuance of job priority certificate in favour of his son. The petitioner relies on G.O.Ms.No.188 Personnel and Administrative Reforms (Personnel-P) Department dated 28.12.1976.

3. The petitioner is directed to forward a copy of this order to the second respondent along with his fresh representation. The second respondent is directed to consider the said representation and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other.
