[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order, dated 24.03.2023, made in W.P.(MD) No.6383 of 2023.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the second respondent made a submission that based on the complaint given by the first respondent / Executive Officer, Theppakulam Arulmigu Mariamman Thirukovil, a criminal case in Crime No.191 of 2023, on the file of Thoothukudi Central Police Station, has been registered on 16.10.2023.

3. Thus, the investigation is to be accelerated to nab the offenders so as to prosecute them in the manner known to law.
