O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to follow the dictum laid down Lalita Kumari - Vs - Govt. of U.P., which is reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 in respect of conducting preliminary enquiry to register a case against the proposed accused by considering the petitioner's representation dated 27.11.2024. 2.According to the petitioner, he sent the representation dated 27.11.2024 to the second respondent, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation is under consideration with the second respondent and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law. 2/4

4.Recording the said submission that the petitioner's representation is pending with the second respondent, this Court directs the second respondent to conduct enquiry upon the petitioner's representation dated 27.11.2024 and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of fifteen days, from the date of this order.
