ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are in judicial custody since 08.10.2018, for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 452, 323, 324 and 307 I.P.C , in Crime No.206 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police. They seek bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 07.10.2018, there was a wordy altercation between the petitioners and the defacto complainant with regard to not giving two wheeler to the accused, following which the petitioners unlawfully assembled with weapon and assaulted him and caused injuries. Thereby, he sustained injury. Hence, the case has been registered.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocents. They did not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. They are in incarceration from 08.10.2018 onwards. Hence, he prays for bail. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submits that the injured has been discharged from the hospital and the investigation is pending.

5.Considering the above facts and circumstances and also considering the period of incarceration of the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail subject to the following conditions:

(i) the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram.

(ii) the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
