Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner died and also submitted that the relief sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
