ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) I.P.C in Crime No.33 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that there was a money dispute between the petitioners and the defacto complainant, therefore, the defacto complainant lodged a complaint as against the petitioners herein.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that this Court had dismissed the earlier anticipatory bail petition in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.18467 of 2018 on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 12.10.2018.

4. It is seen that the petitioners received a OTP number from the defacto complainant and withdrew a sum of Rs.55,000/- from the defacto complainant's account. Considering the nature of allegations, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
