ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to remove the name of the petitioner from the History Sheet, which was maintained by the 3rd Respondent police, based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 30.5.2022 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the representation made by the petitioner will be placed by the third respondent before the Committee, which will be conducted during the month of December, 2023. 3.In view of the above, the third respondent is directed to place the representation of the petitioner before the Committee for consideration.
