Prayer: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to issue direction to the learned Execution Court to dispose the Execution Petition in E.P.No.57 of 2023 in R.L.T.O.P.No.3 of 2021 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif Court (Rent Controller Court), Thoothukudi within stipulated time fixed by this Court by allowing this Civil Revision Petition.

O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of E.P.No.57 of 2023 in R.L.T.O.P.No.3 of 2021 pending on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif (Rent Controller Court), Thoothukudi.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 24.04.2026, I called for a report from the learned Principal District Munsif (Rent Controller Court), Thoothukudi. He has sent a report dated 06.05.2026 stating that he will dispose of E.P.No.57 of 2023 in R.L.T.O.P.No.3 of 2021 within a period of four months.

3. However, the learned Principal District Munsif (Rent Controller Court), Thoothukudi is requested to dispose of E.P.No.57 of 2023 in R.L.T.O.P.No.3 of 2021 within a period of one (1) month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
