2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3. Considering the reasons stated in the petition, the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court is extended by 15 days, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
