[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed by the mother of the detenu, namely, Mohammed Umar, Son of the Petitioner herein,aged about 4 1⁄2 years, seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to produce the detenue before this Court and set him at liberty. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is represented by Mr.T.Palanisamy, learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as Mr.K.Dinesh Babu, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 that the detenu namely, Mohammed Umar, Son of the Petitioner herein, aged about 4 1⁄2 years, has already been handed over to the Petitioner. Hence the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Habeas Corpus Petition.
