RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify one of the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) NO.12613 of 2018 vide its order dated 26/07/2018 as that the petitioner shall execute a bond for sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each instead of that the petitioner shall execute a bond for sum of Rs.2,00,000/-(Rupees two lakhs only) with two sureties each and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.VINOTH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Govt. Advocate (Crl.

Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Court had earlier granted bail to the petitioner subject to certain conditions. The petitioner is unable to furnish local sureties to the tune of Rs.2,00,000/- each. Therefore, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed for modifying the said condition.

2. Taking note of the fact that the petitioner is unable to come out on bail, even though the petitioner was granted bail on 26.07.2018, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed as prayed for.

is yet to be taken on file. It is further submitted that some more accused are to be arrested and therefore, the prosecution is proposing to file supplementary final report.

4. A direction is given to the respondent police to file a supplementary final report within a period of eight weeks from today. Immediately thereafter, the same shall be taken on file by the Court below.

5. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that he would appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. Therefore, the appearance of the petitioner on the Court hearing dates alone is dispensed with. The other conditions imposed on the petitioner by this Court will stand. This criminal original petition is allowed accordingly.
