[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to produce the Petitioner's daughter namely, Lakshmi Priya, aged about 16 years before this Court and hand-over the custody to the Petitioner.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.S.Alagusundar, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr.V.Neelakandan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would state that after filing the present Habeas Corpus Petition, the detenue was secured by the second respondent and she was produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aundipatti and after recording her statement, the detenue was sent along with the Petitioner.
3.In view of the subsequent developments, this Court is of the opinion that no further investigation is required in this Habeas Corpus Petition and accordingly, the same stands dismissed.
