ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to conduct the further investigation of the case in Crime No.268 of 2016, on the file of the second respondent police.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.268 of 2016, the respondent police has completed the investigation, filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kovilpatti and thereafter, it was committed to the Mahila Court, Thoothukudi, in S.C.No.113 of 2022. He further stated that the case has been posted for the appearance of the accused persons, on 05.07.2022.

3.Recording the same, this criminal original petition stands closed.
