The petitioner seeks consideration of petitioner's representation dated 24.07.2024, regarding mistakes that have occurred during the UDR scheme.

2.Considering the limited relief sought for, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 24.07.2024, after affording a fair opportunity to the petitioner and any other interested parties. The said exercise shall be carried out within a period of eight [8] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.There shall be no order as to costs.
