2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner was detained under the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982, by an order dated 26.05.2024. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
