PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.3025 of 2025 dated 21.02.2025 in Crime No.34 of 2025 ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.3025 of 2025 dated 21.02.2025.

2. Mr. C.Kaleeswaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and hence, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly without any violation.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the condition No.7(vi) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.3025 of 2025 dated 21.02.2025 is 2/3
