This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed to grant further time to eight weeks from 16.07.2021 to complete the Road and open the Regional Transport Office Srivilliputhur as per the order of this Honble High Court dt 09.06.2021 in W.P.(MD) No.6658/2021. Prayer in WP(MD). 6658/ 2021 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondents to construct a new toilet and special toilets for physically challenged people at Regional Transport Office Srivilliputhur. ORDER:- This Petition coming upon hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.K.Manikkam Government Advocate for the Petitioners and of Ms.G.Sreenisha, Advocate for the Respondent, this Court made the following order:

2.This petition has been filed by the Government seeking extension of time to comply with the order dated 09.06.2021 in W.P(MD).No.6658 of 2021.

3.We have perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition and we are satisfied with the reasons set out therein. Accordingly, the time granted in the order dated 09.06.2021 is extended till 28.10.2021. 4.Accordingly, this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
