The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent has placed before this Court the order dated 22.06.2023 passed by the respondent in compliance with the directions given by this Court on 27.04.2022 passed in W.P. (MD).No.8270 of 2022 and a copy of the same has also been given to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. As seen from the aforesaid order, the order passed by this Court on 27.04.2022 in W.P.(MD).No.8270 of 2022 has been duly complied with by the respondent. Since the order has been duly complied with, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Contempt Petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
