ORDER
Considering the arguments of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is seen that the petitioner is bringing to the notice of the respondents certain violations with reference to the Development Control Regulations, fire safety etc. With reference to the hospital, it cannot be said that the petitioner is personally aggrieved of the same. If the petitioner is making the same in public interest, the petitioner has to only file a writ petition as a Public Interest Litigation in due compliance with the rules relating to the same. Therefore, this writ petition is not entertained. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file a Public Interest Litigation on the same cause of action. No costs.
