ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection from the lift threat made by the respondents 4 to 6 on the basis of complaint dated 17.04.2024 and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to initiate enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 15.03.2024.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has circulated a letter to the Registry, dated 19.09.2024, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
