ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the second respondent herein to take action on the petitioner's complaint, dated 01.03.2022 and investigate the same by following due procedure and for other reliefs. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the complaint, dated 01.03.2022, has been received by the respondent police, by post. The petitioner so far not appeared before the respondent police for enquiry. Further submiutted that they are ready to conduct enquiry in this regard. But, the petitioner is not co-operating with the enquiry.

3.Recording the same, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry and the respondent police are also directed to complete the enquiry, within a period of three weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and take suitable action in accordance with law.
